We are looking for two new staff members to join our team!

Head of Finance

We are looking for a freelance contractor to serve as Head of Finance in a dynamic and fast growing not-for-profit environment. ​As the Head of Finance, you will lead on the finance function of the organisation. You will oversee,​ and be supported by, a Finance and Administration Officer to deliver high quality financial accounting and reporting across the Trust and its projects. You will oversee a range of finance functions and work closely with the Trust Director.

This position ​will be key  in the charity’s day to day function, working closely with the Head of Finance and the Trust Director. The role will suit a well organised and highly motivated person with good communication skills and knowledge of accounting and Sage.

New job at SERT delivering river restoration!

A new opportunity has opened up to work with us in physical river restoration and delivery of catchment wide enhancements.

The scope of the position has now been expanded to allow applications at both Project Officer or Senior Project Officer level.

Could you be our new Catchment Manager?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, natural leader with a good level of knowledge of river and catchment enhancement techniques.  The role will support new and existing partnerships across the South East Rivers Trust area, bringing people and organisations together to identify and discuss catchment issues and develop projects to tackle them.

Recruiting: Part-time River Education Officer

We are recruiting a brand new position at the Wandle Trust!

This part-time Education Officer role will deliver our Living Wandle Landscape Partnership Scheme Education project. The role will involve developing education packs about the River Wandle and a ‘Wandle in the Classroom’ programme to enable school children to help rear river plants and animals and release them into the Wandle.
